Metal Products

Custom pins, medals, coins and keychains are typically die-struck or die-cast from zinc alloy, iron, brass or copper. Common plating finishes include gold, silver, nickel, antique gold, antique silver, antique bronze, black nickel and matte finishes. Coloring uses soft enamel, hard enamel (cloisonné style) or printed color. Attachments include butterfly clutches, rubber clutches, magnets and keychain fittings.

Glass Packaging

Cosmetic and perfume glass bottles are commonly produced in flint (clear), amber, frosted and colored glass, with closures such as screw caps, droppers, sprayers and pumps. Surface decoration options include frosting, screen printing and hot stamping. Accessories may be plastic or metal — we state the material of every component in your specification.

Paper Packaging

Boxes are produced from folding boxboard (FBB), coated art paper, kraft paper and rigid greyboard wrapped with printed paper. Printing options include CMYK offset, Pantone spot colors, matte or gloss lamination, spot UV, hot foil stamping, embossing and soft-touch coating. Structural options include tuck-end boxes, magnetic closure rigid boxes, counter displays and shelf-ready packaging.

Wooden Gifts

Wooden products are commonly made from beech, walnut, bamboo, cherry or MDF depending on the item. Decoration is typically laser engraving, printing or inlay. Wood grain varies between pieces; we confirm the wood species and finish for your order in the specification.

Textile Products

Embroidered patches are produced with thread embroidery on twill or felt backing with merrowed or laser-cut borders. Woven labels use jacquard weaving. Lanyards are commonly polyester with screen-printed or woven logos, with various hook and buckle options.
