What products can PINVERO customize?
We focus on five product lines: metal gifts and badges (enamel pins, medals, challenge coins, metal keychains and more), glass packaging, paper packaging including retail display boxes, wooden gifts, and textile products such as embroidered patches and lanyards.
What information is needed for a quote?
Product type, material, size, finish, estimated quantity, destination country and any reference artwork. The more complete your specifications, the faster and more accurate the quotation.
Can I request a small quantity?
Small orders are possible for many products, but unit cost and tooling fees are spread over fewer pieces. Minimum order quantities depend on the product and process and will be confirmed in your quotation.
Are samples available?
Sampling availability and sample fees depend on the product and process. Where offered, samples are charged at cost plus shipping, and sample fees may be credited against a confirmed production order. The exact terms are stated in your quotation.
How are custom designs confirmed?
After you submit artwork or a design brief, we prepare a design proof for your written approval before sampling or production. Production only starts after your confirmation.
What materials and finishes are available?
Metal products are typically made from zinc alloy, iron, brass or copper with plating finishes such as gold, silver, nickel, antique bronze or black nickel. How long does production take?
Production time depends on the product, process, quantity and current schedule. Typical ranges will be indicated in your quotation. Sampling and shipping time are additional.
Which shipping methods are available?
We can quote express courier, air freight and sea freight depending on weight, volume and delivery requirements. The recommended method is stated in your quotation based on your destination and timeline.
Can you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. Tell us your destination country in the quote form and we will confirm the available shipping options and costs.
How do you handle quality issues?
Orders are checked against the approved specification before shipping. If a delivered order does not match the approved specification, contact us with photos and order details and we will work with you on a resolution such as rework, replacement or compensation as applicable.
Can I submit my own artwork?
Yes. Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) are preferred. High-resolution images can also work for many products. See the Knowledge Center article on preparing artwork.
What file formats can I provide?
AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, PSD or high-resolution PNG/JPG. Include Pantone color references where color accuracy matters. Fonts should be converted to outlines.
