Custom Medals
Custom medals are produced for sports events, academic ceremonies, corporate recognition and commemorations. A medal order covers the metal body, its finish, the ribbon or lanyard, and how the two attach — all confirmed in writing before production.

Materials & Finishes
Die-struck or die-cast in zinc alloy, iron or brass, from 50 mm up to 100 mm+ diameters. Finishes include polished gold/silver/bronze plating, antique finishing and sandblast contrast. Decorations include 2D/3D relief, soft or hard enamel color fill and printed inserts. Ribbons are typically sublimation-printed polyester with metal or ribbon-clamp attachment.

Artwork Requirements
Provide vector artwork with Pantone references. For 3D medals, supply a description or sketch of depth levels — we translate it into a 3D die model for your approval. Specify ribbon artwork separately, including print sides.

Small orders are possible for many products, but unit cost and tooling fees are spread over fewer pieces. Minimum order quantities depend on the product and process and will be confirmed in your quotation.
Are samples available?
Sampling availability and sample fees depend on the product and process. Where offered, samples are charged at cost plus shipping, and sample fees may be credited against a confirmed production order. The exact terms are stated in your quotation.
