Custom Enamel Pins
Custom enamel pins are die-struck metal badges with colored enamel filling. They are used as corporate identity pins, club and organization badges, event souvenirs and retail merchandise. Every pin is produced from your artwork with a defined metal base, plating, coloring process and attachment.

Materials & Finishes
Typically die-struck or die-cast in zinc alloy or iron. Plating options include gold, silver, nickel, antique gold, antique silver, antique bronze, black nickel and matte finishes. Coloring by soft enamel (recessed, textured feel) or hard enamel (polished, flush surface), with silkscreen or offset printing available for gradients and fine detail.

Artwork Requirements
Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) are preferred with PMS/Pantone color references. High-resolution images can be redrawn for a design fee. Text should be converted to outlines. Enamel lines need a minimum width of about 0.2 mm at final size; our proof will flag any details that cannot be produced in enamel.
