Quotations

All quotations are based on the specifications stated in them. Prices, tooling fees and lead times are valid only for the validity period stated in the quotation. Quotes do not constitute an order confirmation until both parties confirm the specification and terms in writing.

Intellectual Property

You confirm that artwork and designs you submit are yours to use or that you have the right to use them for manufacturing. PINVERO does not reproduce trademarked or copyrighted designs without the owner’s authorization. Artwork you submit is used only for your quotation, samples and production, and is not published or shown publicly without your written permission.

Product Information

Product images on this website are original illustrative design concepts, clearly labeled as such. They are not photos of specific production batches. Actual product appearance depends on the approved specification and sample.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PINVERO’s liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Communication

Business communication is conducted in writing by email and WhatsApp. Written confirmations (specification sheets, proofs, quotations) form the record of what was agreed.
