Custom Metal Fridge Magnets
Metal fridge magnets combine a shaped metal front with a magnet fixed to the back, so the piece stays on any steel surface. They are bought as tourism souvenirs, city and museum gifts, promotional giveaways, dealer branding and retail merchandise.
Applications & Use Cases
Tourism and city souvenirs, museum and gift shop ranges, promotional giveaways, retail merchandise, dealer and distributor branding.
Materials & Finishes
Fronts are typically die-struck or die-cast zinc alloy or iron with enamel colour, printing or an epoxy dome over printed artwork. The magnet is usually a flexible rubber magnet or a bonded neodymium magnet fixed to the back; the magnet type is selected with you based on the size, weight and intended use.
Customization Options
- Any outline shape, with cut-outs
- Soft or hard enamel, printed artwork or epoxy dome
- Plating: gold, silver, nickel, antique finishes
- Magnet: flexible rubber magnet or stronger bonded magnet
- Backing card, poly bag or retail blister packaging
- Sets of several magnets per themed series
Artwork Requirements
Vector artwork with Pantone references gives the cleanest result. City and landmark designs often depend on thin outlines, so we review line widths and any cut-outs against the chosen process before sampling.
