Quality in custom manufacturing starts long before production. At PINVERO, quality is managed through a written specification agreed with you, a design proof you approve, and inspection of finished goods against that approved standard.
We do not make unverifiable certification claims. Where a specific test report, material certificate or compliance document is required for your market, tell us in advance and we will confirm what can actually be provided before you order.
Written specification sheet
Material, dimensions, colors, finish, accessories and packaging are documented and confirmed by you before production starts.
Design proof approval
You approve a design proof showing the exact artwork, colors and layout before sampling or production.
Pre-production confirmation
Where sampling is part of the process, production proceeds only after you approve the sample or the detailed production specification.
Inspection against the approved standard
Finished goods are checked against the approved specification — colors, finish, dimensions, accessories and packaging — before packing.
Issue resolution
If a delivered order does not match the approved specification, we handle the resolution with you: rework, replacement or compensation as applicable.
