Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Methods
We quote three main methods: international express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for small and time-sensitive orders, air freight for medium shipments, and sea freight for large volume orders where delivery time is flexible. The recommended method and cost are stated in each quotation based on weight, volume, destination and timeline.
Delivery Time
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Production time depends on the product and quantity and is confirmed in your quotation. Shipping time depends on the method: express is typically days, air freight around a week, sea freight several weeks. We confirm estimated timelines in writing before you confirm the order, and we do not guarantee third-party carrier transit times.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your country are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in the quotation. We state the incoterms (e.g. EXW, FOB, DAP) for your order in the quotation so costs are clear before you pay.
Packaging for Transit
Custom products are packed for international transit. If you have specific inner-box or carton requirements (e.g. retail-ready cartons), include them in your quote request so they are part of the quoted price.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we send the tracking number or bill of lading reference by email, and we follow up after delivery to confirm everything arrived correctly.
