Retail Display Boxes

Retail display boxes are product packaging designed to hold and present products directly on the retail shelf — combining product protection, branding and shelf presence in one structure. They can be open or lidded, single or multi-cavity, and are engineered around your product dimensions and the retailer’s shelf constraints.

Applications & Use Cases

Cosmetics and skincare displays, electronics accessories, toys and collectibles, confectionery and seasonal programs.

Materials & Finishes

Produced from folding boxboard (typically 250–450 gsm) or rigid greyboard wrapped in printed paper for premium products. Printing is usually offset CMYK plus Pantone spot colors, with matte/gloss lamination, spot UV, hot foil stamping or embossing. Internal structures — cavities, inserts, hooks and product retention features — are die-cut or glued to fit your exact product.

Customization Options

  • Open, half-lidded or fully closed structures
  • Single or multi-cavity, hanging hooks (Euro slot)
  • Paperboard 250–450 gsm or wrapped greyboard
  • CMYK + Pantone, lamination, foil, spot UV, embossing
  • Perforated tear strips and opening features
  • Flat-shipped or pre-assembled delivery

Artwork Requirements

Provide the dieline if available, or your product dimensions (L×W×H), weight and any retailer requirements (shelf height, hanging hole). Supply print artwork in vector format with Pantone references; we prepare the dieline and a 3D mockup for approval.
