Folding Carton Boxes
Folding cartons are the workhorse of product packaging: printed paperboard boxes shipped flat and folded at the packing line. Structures include tuck-end, reverse tuck, straight tuck, bottom-lock and sleeve designs. They suit cosmetics, food, electronics, supplements and gift sets — and they are quoted on structure, paperboard grade, print and quantity.
Applications & Use Cases
Cosmetics and skincare cartons, food and confectionery, electronics accessories, supplements, gift sets and e-commerce inserts.
Materials & Finishes
Folding boxboard (FBB) 250–400 gsm is standard; coated art paper laminated to chipboard and kraft grades are also used. Printing is offset CMYK with optional Pantone spot inks, interior printing, matte or gloss lamination, spot UV, hot foil, embossing and soft-touch coating. Food-contact applications require the correct food-grade board and compliance documents, which we confirm case by case.
