Materials & Finishes

Bags are sewn from cotton canvas; the fabric weight (grammage) is selected together with bag size and intended load, and confirmed in your quote. Decoration is applied by silkscreen printing (best for simple logos in solid colors), heat transfer (for multi-color or photographic artwork) or embroidery (for a premium stitched mark). Thread color of the stitching and webbing handle material are matched to the design.

• Bag shape: tote with long handles, hand-carried with short handles, zip-top
• Base gusset and side panels for volume
• Handle length and reinforcement stitching
• Decoration: silkscreen, heat transfer or embroidery, single or multi-color
• Interior pocket and hook-and-loop closure options

Artwork Requirements

Vector artwork with Pantone references is preferred for silkscreen; for heat transfer, high-resolution files with the print area indicated. State the intended print position (front panel, both sides, full-wrap) and we confirm print size and layout on a marked-up proof before sampling.
