Lanyards are flat neck straps used to carry ID badges, keys or small accessories at events, in offices, schools and hospitals. You can choose the strap material and width, the printing or weaving method, and the fittings at the end of the strap.

Materials & Finishes

Common strap materials are polyester, nylon and recycled PET (rPET) webbing, in standard widths of about 10 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm and 25 mm. Branding is applied by screen printing, dye-sublimation printing for full-colour artwork, or jacquard weaving for designs that are woven into the strap.

Artwork Requirements

Send your logo as vector artwork. Repeated logos along the strap can be set as step-and-repeat; for full-colour designs, dye-sublimation is used. We confirm the repeat direction, logo size and strap colour before sampling.

Small orders are possible for many products, but unit cost and tooling fees are spread over fewer pieces. Minimum order quantities depend on the product and process and will be confirmed in your quotation.

Are samples available?

Sampling availability and sample fees depend on the product and process. Where offered, samples are charged at cost plus shipping, and sample fees may be credited against a confirmed production order. The exact terms are stated in your quotation.
