Woven labels are made by weaving your logo and text directly into the fabric on jacquard looms — the design is part of the label itself, not printed on top. Compared with printed labels, woven labels keep their appearance through washing and wear, which is why they are the standard choice for main brand labels on garments, bags and home textiles. Materials & Finishes

Labels are woven in polyester damask (the standard for fine detail and soft edges), satin (smooth, slightly shiny surface) or taffeta (economical, suited to simple designs). The design is set up as a weaving pattern; thread colors are matched to your artwork as closely as loom thread shades allow. Backside weaving structure is kept tidy; hot-cut or ultrasonic-cut edges prevent fraying.

Artwork Requirements

Send your logo as vector artwork (AI, PDF, EPS). Because the design is translated into a weaving pattern, very fine gradients and tiny lettering are simplified: we confirm the legible minimum text size and final thread colors with a woven sample or photo proof before production.
